1. Digital Product Policy

All purchases made on Brandisy are for digital products that are delivered instantly and automatically after payment. These include downloadable brand kits, logos, fonts, and color palettes.

2. No Refunds Once Access is Granted

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final and non-refundable once the brand package has been accessed, viewed, or downloaded.

3. Duplicate or Unauthorized Charges

If you believe you have been charged more than once or without authorization, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and offer a refund if appropriate.

4. Failed Delivery

If your brand assets fail to generate or download due to a technical issue on our end, we will either fix the issue or issue a refund upon request.
